Fulbright Bulgaria, a collaboration between the United States Department of State and the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science, aims to foster mutual understanding, build bridges of knowledge, and strengthen the bilateral relationship between our two nations. By offering scholarships and creating an environment conducive to academic and cultural exploration, Fulbright Bulgaria has facilitated the exchange of ideas and knowledge among scholars, professionals, and students alike.
Fulbright’s sponsorship has made an immense difference in our ability to carry out our mission of empowering youth through education and leadership development. With their generous assistance over the years, we have been able to create and support our foundation, but also create one of our key projects in the face of the annual Debate Summer Camp, which encourages critical thinking, fosters personal growth, and inspires young minds to reach their full potential.
United States Embassy in Sofia
The USA Embassy in Sofia serves as a vital link between the United States and the Republic of Bulgaria, fostering mutual understanding, friendship, and cooperation in various fields. They work tirelessly to strengthen the diplomatic relations and promote shared values and interests of both nations.
Their primary goal is to provide consular services to American citizens residing in or visiting Bulgaria.

Their support has been crucial to BEST, as they have supported our Foundation since the very beginning of its existence, and the grattitude we have for their trust, is immense.
They work collaboratively with Bulgarian government officials, organizations, and institutions to promote economic cooperation, educational exchanges, and cultural understanding. Dedicated to advancing English language proficiency and fostering cross-cultural understanding, RELO Belgrade has established itself as a leading authority in language teaching and learning.
The collaboration between RELO Belgrade and BEST Foundation has created remarkable opportunities for young individuals in the Balkans to express themselves and be heard. The Balkan Voices tournament, which was made possible with RELO’s generous support, has not only provided a platform for these emerging talents to showcase their creativity and opinions, but it has also fostered cross-cultural understanding and dialogue among the diverse communities in the region.

Lead By Example Foundation
Lead By Example Foundation, established in September 2022 by Ivo Tzenov and Tenko Nikolov - the management team SiteGround, aims to make a real difference in key social areas in Bulgaria. Tzenov and Nikolov are successful entrepreneurs who want to give back to their home country and inspire others by their own example. They have a long history of supporting important social causes in education, healthcare, and sports.
Lead By Example focuses on projects in three main areas: Education, Sports, and Health.
The support to BEST foundation is focused on promoting and developing a strong debate and speech culture among students in Bulgaria.
