Balkan Voices is an international speech tournament featuring high school students from across the Balkan region participating in an original oratory competition.

Participation Terms

Students from 9-12th grade from Bulgaria and neighboring Balkan countries who are part of speech and debate clubs at their high schools are invited to participate in Balkan Voices. Please ensure that your coach or yourself have been in touch with BEST Foundation prior to submitting an application. to confirm your fit the requirements. You can email us at info@bestfoundation.bg
